NITPICK NYC brings together the worlds I already knew and loved.

Hospitality taught me that people remember how something made them feel. Food and beverage taught me the pleasure of a familiar bite at exactly the right moment. Publishing gave me another language for curation, storytelling, presentation and creating something with a point of view.

NITPICK NYC grew naturally from all of it.

I wanted to create confections that could carry nostalgia without feeling predictable — something familiar and generous, but considered enough to belong in a beautiful hotel room, an executive suite, a thoughtful welcome, a retail environment or beside your laptop during a very long day.

The ingredients matter. The texture matters. The scale, the packaging, the presentation — all of it contributes to the experience.

And that instinct is where NITPICK NYC comes from.
